Reimagining Prosecutorial Power.

This TED Talk presents a new vision for improving our criminal justice system and our communities in general. No need to sacrifice safety, law and order. No need to ruin young lives by creating convicted felons, a label which prevents many people from keeping their current job(s) or getting considered for professional vocations. This is a third way, a way to have your cake and eat it too. Maybe more prosecutors can adopt this method and exercise their incredible discretion more creatively so we can all benefit?
